OSCE Releases Report on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has released a detailed report, “Combating Impunity for Conflict-Related Sexual Violence in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Progress and Challenges.” This report is an analysis of criminal proceedings before the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina between 2005 and 2013, highlighting the successes and challenges the Court has had prosecuting sexual violence that occurred in the context of the conflict in Bosnia. It is available in both English and Bosnian.
